For first time passengers your driver will be holding a name board at the arrival door, after we get to know you the driver will be waiting without the board but is still able to assist with any luggage or other matters.
Each driver and vehicle has up-to-the-minute details of arrival times for all flights into Canberra. We monitor your flight and will be at the arrival door before you. If your flight is delayed we alter our schedules to accommodate the changes, you then have added peace of mind that you won't be waiting for transport to get to that meeting due to the late arrival of your flight.
For your return to the Airport, your car will be at your location 10 minutes before departure. Should you finish early and require earlier transport, a quick call to our office will usually result in the car being there for you.
